JF Meridian Management as Responsible Entity of JF Meridian Trust (JFM) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Moonee Beach Shopping Centre, Moonee Beach, NSW for $31.0 million (before costs), at an initial fully let yield of 7.8 per cent. Completed in December 2005, Moonee Beach Shopping Centre is an 11,030 square metre high quality, neighbourhood shopping centre, located approximately 12 kilometres north of Coffs Harbour. Coffs Harbour is a major regional city on the mid north coast in New South Wales.
